WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

This letter is to say THANK YOU! Coming home one day from picking up the kids at school I had on my doorstep a sample of Cool Wave Water along with a brochure describing it. I put it to the side until I had time to really read the brochure. Once I read the brochure it was as if you had read my mind.

I need to try to make a long story very short for you. My son Dean, who is four years old, has had a lot of trouble with his digestive system and is very sensitive to all environmental pollutants etc. Through testing we found that he has a system that does not metabolize metals or toxins from his body, so one of the many things we needed to do was to get him on bottled water, because even fluoride in regular tap water was not good for him.

Even on our tap water, my son's bowel movements have always been loose, almost to the point of diarrhea at times. We have to give him mineral supplements to try to assist with this problem, but nothing seemed to help. Luckily Dean has always loved to drink water, as does our entire family, so much so that we put a bottled water machine in our house and use it constantly.

On many trips to see my parents in upstate New York, my son's bowel movements always became normal. Days before getting the Cool Wave Water sample we had returned from an Easter trip and that same thing had happened. I though it was a coincidence but it turned out not to be. I got a print out of the town's water content from their water plant and compared it to ours at home. The only difference was fewer minerals, like calcium, potassium and magnesium. Also recently I had read that bottled water really is just that-water. But the water that makes us healthy is the kind that has the essential minerals in it, and should not be filtered out.

Quickly looking at Cool Wave's brochure, which I received within days of returning form New York, I read that the water was ph balanced and contained essential minerals. After tasting the water, I realized that it also tasted more like the water at my parent's house.

Immediately I called Cool Wave Water and ordered three cases of 20 ounce bottles and began giving only that water to Dean. Within one day I saw the difference in his movements and they have been solid ever since. I don't know exactly why this helped him, but someday I hope to find out, but in the mean time he will be drinking Cool Wave Water from now on. To top it all off, the customer service was incredible. The water was delivered quickly and I aslo received a follow up call after a week to check on our satisfaction. I immediately set up a consistent delivery schedule with them and we are getting rid of our in house water service.
